The monsters here are relatively easy to kill since they're 56-58 elites. The reason I suggest farming this area is because mobs such as Cobalt Magweavers and Scalebanes tend to drop Mature Blue Dragon Sinew. This is huge because they can be sold for several hundred gold at the Auction House.

Frostwhisper gorge is a solid place to farm for Frostmaul Giants. They have a pretty good drop rate for a recipe for the Greater Frost Protection which can be sold for up to 50 gold. I have to warn you though that they aren't the easiest to kill so be prepared before going in.

3. Stranglethorn Value
In Stranglethorn Vale there is spot called Crystalvein Mine at (44,45) where you can farm Ironjaw Basiliks. These guys are pretty easy to kill since they're 43-44 mobs. Expect to collect vendor trash items. If you're a skinner I suggest farming here because you can skim Ironjaw Basiliks for their thick and heavy leather.

Important Things To Note
Farming gold for World of Warcraft can be very lucrative but it comes at a cost. To make huge gains in gold through farming, its extremely time consuming.
